• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached
• Custom personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
